Calibration, testing and classification of wind measuring instruments.

Our wind tunnel has been designed for calibrating, testing and classifying sensors. Additionally, you can use our wind tunnel for your individual flow measurement or aerodynamic testing projects.

Calibration (accredited) and certification

We calibrate all types of flow sensors such as cup anemometers, propeller anemometers, ultrasonic anemometers and other types. We also calibrate flow direction sensors like wind vanes and ultrasonic anemometers.

For the flow direction calibration and for the calibration of inclined sensors a fully automatic turning and tilting device is available. The flow velocity is measured with Prandtl tubes and differential pressure sensors or with a laser Doppler.
